Shawn and Ben have engaged hands-on from the start with repainting, decorating, repairs, and enhancing guest experience. Shawn crafted a cozy but luxurious look with unique themes even with my very limited budget. They were partners from the word go, footing bills for some startup costs just to get us off the ground. I'm pleased with how headache free my experience has been since we started receiving guests, getting 5-star reviews from the start. They have handled all guest communications and issues, website management, and cleaning. They've responded at all hours via phone and in person to address guest needs. I live out of state most of the time, but my family and I use our property throughout the year.
